How FCInside handles personal data
Last updated: 4 August 2026.
Who is responsible
FCInside, available at info@fcinside.com, is responsible for the processing described here. Company and registered-address details will be added when the legal publisher is formally registered.
Data we process
The web server processes essential technical data, including IP address, time, requested page and browser information, to keep the site secure and available. Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser. For a news tip or advertising enquiry, we process your name, email address, organisation, subject and message.
Purposes and legal bases
Security and limited audience measurement rely on our legitimate interest in operating FCInside reliably. Contact data is used to handle your request. Google advertising technology is loaded only after you give consent.
Cookies and advertising
Without consent, FCInside uses only essential local storage for your choice. After consent, Google AdSense may process data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement and personalisation. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings button at the lower left. See Google’s privacy policy.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data solely to provide our services. After advertising consent, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards it publishes. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Contact messages are retained for no more than twelve months after handling unless a longer period is needed for an agreement or legal obligation. Security logs are kept as briefly as possible. Your cookie choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent, via info@fcinside.com. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
