The Operário-PR claims that SME has not provided a response to its initial request for the value of the rights, prompting the club to send a new notification to SME and the president of the Condomínio Forte União (CFU), Giovane Zanardo dos Santos, CEO of Internacional. The club has calculated the value of the recompra, including interest, to be over R$ 2.2 million.
The president of the Operário-PR, Álvaro Góes, has admitted to evaluating the possibility of leaving the league, citing the club's dissatisfaction with the current agreement. SME, however, has responded that the proposal has broader implications for the FFU, which comprises 31 clubs, and that the discussion should be taken to the club's shareholders.
