The injury is a fresh blow for the Partenopei, who are already struggling with a number of absentees. Napoli continue to deal with a long list of injuries, with several key players set to miss the trip to Florence.
The absence of Spinazzola will be a significant loss for Napoli, given his experience and quality on the pitch. The Italy international will be a big miss for the team, and it remains to be seen how they will cope without him.
Napoli's next match against Fiorentina is scheduled for Sunday at 12:30 CET [11:30 BST].
